This past weekend, the No Quarter team hosted our esteemed Members for a captivating weekend in wine country. From an interactive Friday night BBQ where Members shared their favorite wines with us, to a rewarding breakfast with the E.A.S.E. team, to a celebratory Saturday under the sun... we offered our community of Club Members a chance to create memories and connect over a shared passion... Wine. Cheers to a beautiful weekend!

FRIDAY NIGHT BBQ

Nestled amongst the hills of Mayacama, we hosted our Members in a gorgeous Italian-inspired villa for an al fresco BBQ dinner. We started the night with refreshing aperol spritzs and quickly moved onto crisp white wines and rosés.  There was quite an assortment of wines to choose from over the course of the night... With the Warriors v. Raptors game on, Members feasted on Chef Robert's BBQ focused menu. We enjoyed classic crowdpleasers like Coleslaw, Creole Potato Salad, and homemade Cornbread. Heavy hitters included Pulled Chicken Sliders, Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri sauce, and Baby Back Ribs. We ended on a sweet note with mind-blowing profiteroles and cookies. For those who wanted to keep the party going, Members opened up more wines while they smoked cigars on the outdoor patio.

EASE BREAKFAST

In addition to the wine events and excursions, we hosted a breakfast in Mayacama's Rotunda room to honor E.A.S.E, a non-profit organization that believes in providing a quality education to underserved youth. Members had the opportunity to meet some of the students who have benefited from the E.A.S.E. program and see first-hand how impactful E.A.S.E. has been on their lives. We are so proud of the resilience, humility, and kindness our kids show and look forward to seeing them succeed in life.

WINE TASTING AT CHALK HILL

Hosted in a private loft overlooking Chalk Hill's palatial 1300-acre estate, Members savored a selection of limited production wines directly from the Estate. Eric Mercer, Chalk Hill's Hospitality Manager, personally led our Members through the Reserve Experience to showcase Chalk Hill's finest wines and speak about the incredible property that is home to 300 acres of vineyards, a culinary garden, stables, winery and tasting room, and the Foley Family's residence.

LAUNCH PARTY

We commemorated the official launch of No Quarter on Saturday night in the courtyard of Mayacama's Clubhouse. Under the sun, Members mingled amongst their new community of likeminded peers and wine enthusiasts. We delighted in an array of delicious offerings such as Hog Island Oysters, Suckling Pig Tacos, Steak Sandwiches, and an impressive cheese and charcuterie platter. We raised our glasses to the launch of our Club, to celebrate the opportunity we have to share our passion for wine with our bespoke circle of Members. Congratulations on the Kauffman's for being the winner of our trivia game!
